Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to resolve any concerns professionally and efficiently. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued, in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws.

1. Service Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • Customers may cancel a scheduled service appointment at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund, deducting administrative and preparation costs.
  • Once service work has begun, no refunds will be issued.

2. Warranty and Quality Guarantee

All repairs and maintenance services come with a satisfaction guarantee. If you experience issues related to the service provided, please contact us within 7 days. We may offer a free re-evaluation, adjustments, or repairs to resolve the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

  • Completed services, including diagnostics, labor, and repairs, are non-refundable.
  • Parts and components ordered specifically for your vehicle are non-refundable once installed.
  • Emergency repair services and rush jobs are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
